We are seeking an Information Security & Compliance Officer to support and strengthen the organisation's information security and privacy framework. In this role, you will work closely with stakeholders across the business to ensure compliance, manage risk and continuously improve security and privacy processes.

Functie

  • Support and maintain the Information Security Management System and security policies.
  • Identify, assess and mitigate information security and privacy risks.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant security and privacy regulations including GDPR and NIS2.
  • Coordinate internal audits, security assessments and certification activities.
  • Manage vendor risk assessments, processing agreements and privacy-related documentation.
  • Promote security awareness through training, guidance and stakeholder engagement.

Profiel

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree level education or equivalent experience.
  • Several years of experience in Information Security, Cyber Security, Privacy or Governance roles.
  • Strong knowledge of ISO 27001, GDPR and NIS2 requirements.
  • Relevant certifications such as CISSP, CISM, CIPP/E or CIPM are advantageous.
  • Experience working with risk management, governance frameworks and compliance processes.
  • Professional working proficiency in Dutch, with the ability to communicate effectively with a wide range of stakeholders.
