With a strong international footprint and a continuously evolving Finance organisation, the company is investing heavily in improving financial planning, reporting and commercial decision support across the EMEA region. This role offers the opportunity to work closely with senior international stakeholders while helping shape the future Finance landscape within a complex multinational environment.

Functie

As FP&A International Business Partner, you will act as the key Finance partner for multiple international business divisions across Europe and the Middle East. You will provide strategic financial insights, support commercial decision making and play an important role in further developing international reporting structures and forecasting processes.

Working in a highly international environment, you will collaborate closely with divisional leadership, senior Finance professionals and cross-functional stakeholders across multiple countries.

Your responsibilities include:

Act as Finance Business Partner for several international business divisions across EMEA;
Deliver monthly financial analysis, variance reporting and KPI reviews;
Prepare annual budgets, quarterly forecasts and long-term financial plans;
Provide profitability, pricing, margin, ROI and scenario analyses to support strategic business decisions;
Present financial performance and recommendations to senior management;
Drive continuous improvement of reporting, forecasting and financial planning processes;
Support finance transformation initiatives, reporting standardisation and system improvements;
Partner with regional Finance teams and international stakeholders across Europe and the Middle East;
Support strategic initiatives including commercial projects, business integrations and process optimisation;
Participate in month-end close activities, management reporting and executive presentations;
Serve as a trusted advisor to senior Finance leadership.

Profiel

You are a commercial Finance professional who enjoys partnering with senior stakeholders in an international environment. You combine strong analytical capabilities with excellent communication skills and are comfortable translating financial data into strategic business insights.

You bring:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or a related discipline;
Approximately 3-5 years' experience within FP&A, Financial Analysis or Business Controlling;
Proven experience partnering with commercial or operational stakeholders;
Strong financial modelling and analytical skills;
Advanced Excel skills;
Experience with ERP systems; Oracle, SAP, Power BI or SQL experience is considered an advantage;
Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal;
Previous experience within healthcare or another international matrix organisation is advantageous.
