As a Finance Analyst, you will play a key role in bridging the gap between the Controlling and FP&A functions. Beyond traditional finance responsibilities, this role offers the opportunity to drive digital transformation within finance by leveraging data, automation, and AI technologies to improve efficiency, accuracy, and scalability.

Functie

Financial Control & Reporting

  • Own and execute key controlling activities while continuously improving existing processes.
  • Prepare and enhance monthly management reporting, providing meaningful insights and variance analysis.
  • Support budgeting and forecasting cycles through data-driven analysis and scenario modeling.



Revenue & Expense Management

  • Manage monthly revenue reconciliations across multiple systems, identifying discrepancies and implementing sustainable solutions.
  • Oversee expense-related processes, including invoice allocations and accruals, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
  • Coordinate capitalization activities, including data collection, validation, and forecasting.



Data, Automation & Process Improvement

  • Identify opportunities to streamline, standardize, and automate finance processes.
  • Improve data quality, reporting accuracy, and operational efficiency through technology-enabled solutions.
  • Leverage data analytics, automation tools, workflow solutions, and AI applications to reduce manual workloads and enhance decision-making.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives across finance operations and challenge existing ways of working.

Profiel

Education & Experience

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related discipline.
  • Approximately 3-5 years of experience within Finance, Controlling, FP&A, Accounting, or a related financial function.
  • Strong understanding of financial processes, including reconciliations, accruals, reporting, budgeting, and forecasting.



Skills & Competencies

  • Experience working with large datasets from multiple sources and systems.
  • Strong analytical capabilities with excellent attention to detail.
  • Demonstrated interest in process optimization, automation, and data-driven decision making.
  • Affinity with technology, automation tools, and emerging AI solutions.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate with a variety of stakeholders.
  • Proactive, hands-on, and solution-oriented mindset.
  • Ability to work independently while managing multiple priorities.
