As Finance Systems & Reporting Analyst, you will work closely with the Finance team to improve reporting, optimize processes, and support key transformation initiatives. This is a broad role combining finance, data, systems, and process improvement.You will help the business become more data-driven while contributing to projects such as ERP implementation, Power BI reporting, automation, and process documentation.

Our client is a growing property management organization (±30 employees) focused on strengthening financial control, reporting, and operational efficiency. To support its growth ambitions, the company is investing in data, automation, process improvement, and future-ready systems.

Functie

  • Support the selection and implementation of a new ERP system.
  • Develop and improve financial and operational reports using Power BI and Excel.
  • Combine financial, commercial, and technical data into meaningful management information.
  • Help build and maintain a centralized data environment.
  • Optimize and automate existing reporting processes.
  • Document and standardize finance-related procedures and controls.
  • Support compliance and ISAE-related process documentation.
  • Identify opportunities to improve efficiency through automation and digitalization.



Profiel

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Economics, Business Analytics, or a related field.
  • 2-5 years of experience in a finance-related role, such as:
    • Financial Analyst
    • Junior Business Controller
    • Financial Controller
    • Reporting Analyst
    • Finance Transformation Analyst
    • Finance Systems Analyst
  • Strong Excel skills and an affinity for data and reporting.
  • Experience with Power BI is preferred.
  • Interest in ERP systems, process improvement, and automation.
  • Strong analytical and communication skills.
  • Proactive, hands-on, and eager to help build and improve processes.
