An organisation within the FMCG industry located in North Holland.

In this role as Demand Planning and Implementation Lead a.i. you will:

Lead the business side of a demand planning system implementation project.
Act as the primary point of contact for external implementation partners.
Drive stakeholder alignment across Supply Chain, Sales, Finance, Operations, IT, and Data teams.
Monitor project progress, risks, dependencies, and key milestones.
Facilitate decision-making and resolve project blockers.
Ensure subject matter experts are engaged throughout design, testing, and deployment activities.
Coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and issue resolution.
Support go-live preparation, deployment activities, and post-implementation stabilization.
Drive business readiness, communication, and user adoption initiatives.
Support training activities and new process implementation.
Ensure successful handover to operational teams after project completion.
Maintain effective governance, reporting, and project controls.
Track deliverables and ensure adherence to agreed timelines and scope.
Contribute to the development of future planning and forecasting capabilities

A successful Demand Planning and Implementation Lead a.i. should have:

Experience leading or supporting Demand Planning, Supply Chain Planning, or S&OP transformation projects.
Proven stakeholder management skills across multiple business functions.
Experience working with external implementation partners or consulting firms.
Strong project coordination and governance capabilities.
Understanding of forecasting, planning, and supply chain processes.
Experience with enterprise planning solutions is preferred.
Strong communication and facilitation skills.
Ability to manage change and drive user adoption.
Pragmatic, hands-on, and delivery-focused mindset.
Fluency in English.
Self employed (zzp) based in the Netherlands.
