As Accounts Payable Team Leader, you will oversee the end-to-end Accounts Payable function across the EMEA region. You will combine people leadership with process improvement, ensuring accurate invoice processing, strong stakeholder collaboration and continuous optimisation of AP operations within a dynamic international organisation.

Functie

  • Lead, coach and develop the Accounts Payable team
  • Coordinate the end-to-end AP process across the EMEA region
  • Ensure timely and accurate invoice processing and payment execution
  • Drive process optimisation and automation initiatives within Accounts Payable
  • Collaborate with Procurement, Finance, Treasury and other international stakeholders
  • Maintain compliance with internal controls, company policies and accounting standards
  • Monitor KPIs, service levels and team performance
  • Support audits and contribute to finance improvement projects

Profiel

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification in Finance or Accounting
  • Minimum of 5 years' experience within Accounts Payable
  • Previous experience leading or coaching a finance team
  • Strong knowledge of Accounts Payable and Procure-to-Pay processes
  • Experience with SAP, VIM, Concur or similar ERP systems is an advantage
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Proactive, organised and solution-oriented mindset
  • Fluent in English; additional European languages are a plus
