Seeking an experienced Regional Sales & Service Manager to oversee business operations and customer engagement across the Benelux region. This position focuses on driving sales performance, managing a small local team, and ensuring outstanding customer satisfaction.

The growth of the company requires expanding of the commercial team, that is why we are looking for an enthusiastic account-/contract manager! After an appropriate on boarding by our commercial manager, you will be (partially) responsible for maintaining and expanding our customer relationships.

As Country Manager NL, you will take full ownership of establishing and growing the company's presence in the Dutch market. This is a strategic, hands-on, and entrepreneurial role as you are the first commercial hire in the Netherlands. You will lay the foundation for market entry, develop commercial partnerships, and shape the local business strategy - with a clear perspective to build and lead a local team.

Identify, build and foster key relationships locally and throughout Europe to build an effective sales cycle and mentor some of the younger team member to success.

Als (Senior) Sales & Business Development ben je verantwoordelijk voor het zelfstandig vinden, benaderen en overtuigen van nieuwe klanten, en het succesvol sluiten van deals.

You are responsible for building the business within the 2 biggest Niche accounts in the Netherlands and distribution via independent niche players in the Benelux. You will develop and maintain a collaborative relationship with Skins and De Bijenkorf. Additionally, you are the commercial contact for independent niche customers in the Benelux and visit them on a regular basis.
