Senior Payroll Analyst role
In this position, you play a key role in strengthening the organization's financial stability and liquidity position. You collaborate with experts in finance, banking, reporting, and risk management, gaining valuable exposure to all financial flows within an international setting.
Lead the full financial operations of the Dutch entity, delivering accurate reporting, robust processes, and seamless collaboration with international teams. As the sole finance professional in the Netherlands, you drive budgeting, forecasting, compliance, and system improvements while reporting directly to the global finance organisation.
In this role you will ensure end to end payroll delivery, including but not limited to, pre-payroll activities and controls, payroll calculation checks, payment and post payroll activities such as payroll accounting controls and tax/social security and pension reconciliation.
