As part of its continued European growth strategy, KEMEL is expanding its presence in the Netherlands with the opening of a brand-new office in Nieuw-Vennep.

On 1 September, KEMEL will receive the keys to the new premises. The local Managing Director and Account Manager will be the first employees to establish the Dutch operation. Following a complete renovation, the office will be transformed into a modern, fully refurbished workplace, with the wider Sales Support team expected to join from November or most likely December 2026.

Functie

As a Sales Support Specialist, you will play a key role in ensuring smooth commercial operations across multiple European markets.

You will act as the link between customers, sales teams, logistics providers and finance departments, ensuring orders are handled accurately and customers receive an outstanding service experience.

No two days are the same. One moment you will be supporting customers with urgent requests, while the next you are coordinating international shipments, preparing quotations or liaising with stakeholders across Europe.

✅ Manage customer orders and commercial administration
✅ Coordinate with customers, logistics and internal teams
✅ Maintain CRM data, reporting and documentation
✅ Support invoicing, events and operational processes
✅ Deliver excellent customer service and drive continuous improvement

Profiel

We're looking for a customer-focused and organised professional who enjoys working in an international environment. Strong English communication skills are essential, as you'll be interacting with customers and stakeholders across multiple countries on a daily basis.

✅ Experience in Sales Support, Customer Service, Order Management or Commercial Support
✅ Fluent English communication skills (essential)
✅ Greek, French, Turkish or Spanish language skills are a strong advantage
✅ Living within 30 minutes of Nieuw-Vennep (non-negotiable)
✅ Holding a permanent Dutch work permit, EU citizenship, or unrestricted right to work in the Netherlands (non-negotiable)
✅ Experience with Microsoft Office, CRM systems and preferably SAP
✅ Strong organisational, communication and stakeholder management skills
✅ Detail-oriented, proactive and customer-focused mindset
