Our client is a prominent European real estate platform with a significant presence in the urban logistics sector. Managing a substantial portfolio of assets across multiple countries, the business is recognized for its entrepreneurial culture, growth mindset, and focus on delivering high-quality services to its customers. To support a newly established reporting workstream, the organization is looking to engage experienced reporting professionals who can help build robust reporting processes, deliver meaningful insights, and contribute to the ongoing development of its financial and operational reporting capabilities.

Functie

Reporting & Analysis

  • Prepare monthly and quarterly reporting packs, including analysis, commentary, and management insights.
  • Deliver financial and operational performance reporting to key stakeholders.
  • Support management reporting, including Profit & Loss (P&L) and Net Operating Income (NOI) analysis.
  • Produce and maintain CapEx reporting and related performance analysis.



Portfolio & Operational Reporting

  • Manage reporting on tenancy schedules, leasing activity, move-outs, and retention metrics.
  • Develop occupancy forecasts and monitor occupancy-related KPIs.
  • Identify trends, risks, and opportunities through data analysis.



Data Management & Reporting Infrastructure

  • Ensure data quality, integrity, and consistency across reporting outputs.
  • Build, enhance, and maintain Excel-based reporting models and tools.
  • Support the design and implementation of scalable reporting processes and infrastructure.
  • Leverage AI-enabled tools (e.g., Claude, Copilot) to improve efficiency, analysis, and reporting workflows.



Stakeholder Collaboration

  • Partner with finance, operations, leasing, and other business functions to gather and validate data.
  • Present findings and recommendations in a clear and concise manner.
  • Respond to ad hoc reporting and analytical requests as required.



Profiel

Essential

  • Proven experience in reporting, financial analysis, business analysis, or a similar analytical role.
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including financial modelling, complex formulas, pivot tables, and large dataset management.
  • Strong PowerPoint and presentation skills.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
  • Experience producing management reporting and translating data into actionable insights.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.



Desirable

  • Real estate, property, asset management, or related sector experience.
  • Exposure to occupancy, leasing, tenancy, NOI, and CapEx reporting.
  • Experience using AI-powered productivity tools such as Claude, Copilot, or similar solutions.
  • Familiarity with reporting automation and business intelligence tools.
