To support its continued growth, the Finance team is looking for a Revenue & Project Controller who can bridge commercial contracts, project execution and financial reporting. This role offers a unique opportunity to work in a highly dynamic and international environment where finance directly supports strategic business decisions

Functie

As a Project Finance Controller, you will take ownership of the order-to-cash process and support the financial management of programmes and projects across the organization. Acting as a business partner to operational and commercial stakeholders, you will ensure financial accuracy, compliance and transparency throughout the project lifecycle. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Managing the end-to-end order-to-cash process.
  • Monitoring project financial performance and programme profitability.
  • Supporting revenue recognition in accordance with applicable accounting standards.
  • Reviewing contracts and translating commercial agreements into financial impact assessments.
  • Preparing and analyzing project forecasts, budgets and actuals.
  • Identifying financial risks and opportunities within ongoing programmes.
  • Coordinating with programme managers, operations teams and accounting stakeholders.
  • Supporting monthly, quarterly and annual closing activities.
  • Ensuring accurate project administration and financial reporting.
  • Contributing to process improvements and the enhancement of financial controls.
  • Providing management with actionable insights and decision-support analysis

Profiel

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
  • 5-10 years of relevant experience in Project Control, Revenue Control, Financial Control, or a similar role within a production or manufacturing environment.
  • Strong knowledge of project accounting, revenue recognition, financial reporting, and project-based operations.
  • Experience managing complex contracts, programmes, and cross-functional stakeholder environments.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate financial data into actionable business insights.
  • Effective business partner with the ability to collaborate across Finance, Operations, and Programme Management teams.
  • Proactive, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced international environment.
  • Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
