As a Production Planner, you will be responsible for ensuring that materials, components and finished goods are available at the right time to support production and customer demand. You will balance inventory levels, production capacity and supply requirements to ensure operational efficiency and delivery performance.

Functie

  • Plan and coordinate production schedules to meet demand forecasts.
  • Monitor inventory levels and adjust plans to avoid shortages or overstocking.
  • Collaborate with procurement teams to ensure timely supply of materials.
  • Analyse production data to identify and address inefficiencies.
  • Communicate production schedules and updates to relevant departments.
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
  • Resolve production-related issues promptly to minimise disruptions.
  • Maintain accurate records of production activities and performance metrics.

Profiel

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Operations Management or a related field.
  • Up to 3 years of relevant experience, including internships.
  • Strong interest in production planning, logistics and supply chain processes.
  • Experience with ERP systems is preferred.
  • Advanced Excel skills and a passion for working with data and analytics.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Highly organised, accurate and detail-oriented.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Proactive, eager to learn and able to take initiative.
  • Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
  • Dutch language skills are considered a strong advantage but are not required.
