Our client is looking for a Dealer Network Development Coordinator (Payroll or Freelancer) who is immediately available for a 6-month project, with the possibility of extension. You will support the expansion of the European dealer network by coordinating rollout activities, maintaining accurate reporting, supporting dealer onboarding, and collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to ensure successful dealer launches.

Functie

  • Coordinate dealer network rollout projects across multiple European markets, tracking approvals, construction milestones, and launch timelines.
  • Monitor project progress, identify risks or delays, and provide regular status updates and reporting to key stakeholders.
  • Support the monitoring of dealer compliance with Store Identity (SI) and Corporate Identity (CI) standards, ensuring all required documentation and approvals are in place.
  • Maintain accurate project data, trackers, reports, and documentation to support effective decision-making and network expansion.
  • Assist with dealer onboarding activities, including preparing communication materials, documentation, and implementation support.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, partners, suppliers, and dealer networks to ensure successful project execution and dealer openings.
  • Maintain historical records, project documentation, and best-practice processes to support continuous improvement and knowledge sharing.



Profiel

  • Immediately available for 32 - 40 hours/week
  • Can commute to Amsterdam at least 2-3 times per week
  • Fluent English; Dutch is a plus
  • Experience in project coordination, network development, retail operations, or a similar role.
  • Strong organizational and planning skills with excellent attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects, deadlines, and stakeholders simultaneously.
  • Advanced Excel and reporting skills; experience with project management tools is a plus.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.
  • Proactive, solution-oriented, and comfortable working in a dynamic environment.
  • Experience in automotive, dealership networks, retail expansion, or franchised business models.

Aanbod

  • Salary between €3.500 and €5.000 gross per month based on full-time employment, depending on experience
