Functie

In this role as Interim Change and Culture Transformation lead:

Conduct an assessment of team dynamics, ways of working, and operational processes.
Identify behaviors and ingrained patterns that hinder collaboration and performance.
Create a safe environment where open communication and constructive dialogue are encouraged.
Facilitate culture change initiatives that strengthen trust, accountability, and teamwork.
Support employees in addressing issues directly and professionally with one another.
Establish clear expectations regarding roles, responsibilities, and team behaviors.
Promote knowledge sharing, transparency, and cross-functional collaboration.
Introduce structure, routines, and working practices that support effective team performance.
Coach and support leaders and employees through change.
Build commitment to a shared vision of a professional, high-performing team culture.

Profiel

For this role as Interim Change and Culture Transformation lead:

Proven experience leading change, culture transformation, and team development initiatives.
A successful track record of working with teams experiencing complex interpersonal dynamics and entrenched behavioral patterns.
Experience within operational, administrative, shared services, or back-office environments.
Strong skills in stakeholder engagement, facilitation, and conflict resolution.
The ability to recognize and address behaviours such as gossip, workplace conflict, exclusion, and other barriers to effective collaboration.
Experience creating environments where employees feel empowered to give feedback, take ownership, and communicate openly.
A structured and pragmatic approach combined with strong emotional intelligence.
A leadership style that is both firm and approachable.
The ability to build trust, create momentum, and deliver sustainable behavioural change.
ZZP registered and based in the Netherlands.
Fluent in Dutch and English
