General Manager a.i.

As General Manager a.i., you will have full responsibility for the Dutch business and will be accountable for delivering sustainable growth, profitability, and operational excellence.

Key responsibilities:

• Defining and executing the local business strategy in line with overall company objectives.
• Owning and managing the full P&L, including budgeting, forecasting, and business planning.
• Driving revenue growth and improving overall business performance.
• Leading commercial activities, including key account management and customer relationship development.
• Managing and coaching sales, customer-facing, and operational teams.
• Identifying opportunities for process improvements and operational efficiencies.
• Overseeing daily operations, including warehousing, logistics, assembly, and service activities.
• Monitoring business performance through KPIs and implementing corrective actions when required.
• Building strong relationships with customers, suppliers, and internal stakeholders.
• Supporting talent acquisition, employee development, succession planning, and performance management.
• Creating a culture focused on accountability, continuous improvement, and customer satisfaction.
