Functie

We are seeking a commercially focused Senior FP&A Analyst to join a leading logistics organization in Amsterdam. This role will play a critical part in budgeting, forecasting, business partnering, and delivering insights to support strategic decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

Lead budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning processes.
Analyze business performance and identify key financial drivers.
Develop management reporting and KPI dashboards.
Partner with operations, commercial, and leadership teams to support decision-making.
Build financial models to evaluate investments, projects, and business initiatives.
Support monthly business reviews and executive presentations.
Drive continuous improvement of FP&A processes and reporting tools.
Provide scenario analysis and strategic recommendations.

Profiel

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or related field.
4+ years of FP&A, Controlling, or Financial Analysis experience.
Experience within logistics, transportation, supply chain, or related sectors is preferred.
Strong financial modeling and analytical skills.
Advanced Excel and BI tools experience (Power BI preferred).
Fluent in Dutch and English.
Excellent communication skills and ability to partner with senior stakeholders.
Commercially driven with a proactive mindset.
