Functie

  • Develop and grow existing client accounts while acquiring new business opportunities.
  • Identify client needs and propose tailored engineering and consulting solutions.
  • Prepare and present commercial proposals and negotiate agreements.
  • Recruit, manage, and support a team of consultants throughout their careers.
  • Oversee consultant performance, project assignments, and employee development.
  • Manage your own profit center, ensuring revenue growth and profitability.
  • Build long-term relationships with clients and key stakeholders.
  • Drive the overall growth and success of your business unit.



Profiel

  • Holds a Master's degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field.
  • Demonstrates a strong entrepreneurial mindset and commercial drive.
  • Has experience in business development, consulting, recruitment, or a related client-facing environment.
  • Possesses excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Is ambitious, resilient, and motivated by targets and growth opportunities.
  • Thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic, and performance-driven environment.
  • Enjoys leading and developing teams while driving business success.
  • Good communication in English, Dutch is a plus.
