This role involves leading the full financial lifecycle of institutional donor-funded projects, including budgeting, compliance, reporting, and audit coordination, while ensuring alignment with complex donor requirements. It also includes managing and coaching a grant administration team and acting as a strategic finance partner across the organisation to strengthen financial processes and support broader organisational goals.
In this position, you act as a key partner to senior leadership, working closely with both management and operational teams to drive performance and support strategic decisions. You will combine hands-on financial oversight with a forward-looking approach to performance steering and business improvement.
