The Senior Manager Finance & Operations leads Finance, IT, Process Management and Corporate Operations, combining strategic leadership with hands-on responsibility. As a member of the Management Team, the role drives organizational performance, manages a multidisciplinary team and acts as a trusted advisor to executive leadership while supporting international growth and impact.
This role involves leading the full financial lifecycle of institutional donor-funded projects, including budgeting, compliance, reporting, and audit coordination, while ensuring alignment with complex donor requirements. It also includes managing and coaching a grant administration team and acting as a strategic finance partner across the organisation to strengthen financial processes and support broader organisational goals.
