This role involves leading the full financial lifecycle of institutional donor-funded projects, including budgeting, compliance, reporting, and audit coordination, while ensuring alignment with complex donor requirements. It also includes managing and coaching a grant administration team and acting as a strategic finance partner across the organisation to strengthen financial processes and support broader organisational goals.
We are seeking an English-speaking Finance Administrator to support daily financial operations, including invoicing, reconciliations, accounts payable, and accounts receivable activities. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented professional who enjoys working in a fast-paced, international environment and contributing to the efficiency and accuracy of finance processes.
This is not a traditional Accounts Payable position. The operational processing activities are handled by an outsourced shared service provider, allowing you to focus on stakeholder management, continuous improvement, vendor performance, and end-to-end process ownership.If you enjoy solving problems, managing relationships, improving processes and driving change, this could be an excellent next step.
