As Financial Business Controller, you sit at the heart of daily operations within a pharmaceutical trading company in Breda. You combine financial control with hands-on, manual execution to ensure data accuracy and actionable insights.
In deze rol ben je verantwoordelijk voor het relatie- en contractbeheer van klanten en leveranciers. Je brengt hun behoeften in kaart en draagt bij aan het optimaliseren van de Supply Chain-planning. Daarnaast onderhoud je dagelijks contact met klanten, leveranciers, warehouses, internationale vestigingen en interne afdelingen zoals Transport, Logistiek, Trade, Finance en Quality Assurance. Je rapporteert rechtstreeks aan de Supply Chain Lead.
Je werkt op het snijvlak van finance en operatie en vertaalt cijfers naar concrete inzichten voor de business. In deze rol groei je actief richting Business Control en adviseer je management op basis van data.Je gaat steeds meer taken overnemen van de finance manager stap voor stap.
Je bent de financiële rechterhand van de directie en de CFO en combineert financial control, business control en leiderschap. In deze MT-positie vertaal je cijfers naar concrete bedrijfsbeslissingen, stuur je een finance team aan en speel je een belangrijke rol in de verdere professionalisering van processen, rapportages en financiële sturing.
Als Financial Controller ben je verantwoordelijk voor een combinatie van financial control, reporting en procesverbetering. Je werkt hands-on mee in de operatie, maar krijgt ook ruimte om structuren te verbeteren en verder te bouwen.
Support the Finance team in a strategic transformation initiative focused on EDI implementation, supplier integration, and process standardization. You will act as the bridge between suppliers and the business to drive efficiency, automation, and data quality improvements.
As FP&A International Business Partner, you will act as the key Finance partner for multiple international business divisions across Europe and the Middle East. You will provide strategic financial insights, support commercial decision making and play an important role in further developing international reporting structures and forecasting processes.
