Over onze klant

Our client ia a well-established tech international organisation, is looking for a P2P Process Lead to join their finance team in the Amsterdam area.

Functie

As the P2P Process Lead, you will become the go-to expert for all Purchase-to-Pay related matters. You'll work closely with internal stakeholders across Finance, Procurement, HR, Marketing and Operations while managing the relationship with an outsourced finance operations team.

You will have the autonomy and visibility to identify inefficiencies, challenge existing ways of working and implement improvements that create tangible business impact.

Own the end-to-end Purchase-to-Pay process.
Manage and develop the relationship with the outsourced finance service provider.
Act as the escalation point for P2P-related issues.
Resolve invoice, payment and vendor-related challenges.
Drive process optimisation and continuous improvement initiatives.
Improve service levels and stakeholder satisfaction.
Support business users with process and system-related queries.
Identify opportunities for automation and digitalisation.
Collaborate with global stakeholders to improve operational efficiency.

Profiel

Strong Purchase-to-Pay and/or Accounts Payable experience.
Excellent stakeholder management skills.
Experience working in complex or international environments.
A proactive, hands-on approach to problem-solving.
A track record of driving process improvements.
The confidence to challenge existing processes and recommend better ways of working.

Experience with SAP S/4HANA, shared service centres, outsourcing models or finance transformation projects would be highly advantageous.
