We are looking for an International Freight Forwarder to manage and coordinate international import and export shipments across multiple transport modes. You will act as the key point of contact for customers, carriers and internal stakeholders, ensuring smooth, compliant and efficient transportation processes.

Job Description

  • Coordinate international air, ocean and road freight shipments.
  • Monitor shipment progress and proactively address delays or disruptions.
  • Arrange and process import and export documentation.
  • Coordinate customs-related activities with brokers and authorities.
  • Maintain regular communication with customers, carriers and warehouses.
  • Track and resolve shipment discrepancies and operational issues.
  • Ensure compliance with transportation and international trade regulations.
  • Manage shipment data and maintain accurate records in logistics systems.
  • Prepare operational reports and shipment overviews.
  • Support continuous process improvements within logistics operations.



The Successful Applicant

  • Minimum 2 years of experience within Freight Forwarding, Logistics Coordination or Supply Chain Operations.
  • Experience with international import and export processes.
  • Knowledge of customs documentation and transportation regulations.
  • Strong customer service and stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience working with ERP, TMS or WMS systems.
  • Familiarity with SAP, Salesforce or similar systems is a strong advantage.
  • Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple shipments and priorities simultaneously.
  • Fluent English communication skills, both written and spoken.
  • Dutch language skills are a strong preference.
  • Proactive, detail-oriented and able to perform well under pressure.
  • Possession of a driver's license and own transportation is required due to the location and accessibility of the site.
