In this role within the transport (rail and road) and supply chain sector, you will be responsible for customer communication, order processing, and delivering exceptional service in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
In this job you will be responsible for processing the order flow, stock control, invoicing and preparing reports. You will be responsible for your own group of Clients, where you manage their whole order process.
This role involves supporting customers with spare parts orders, delivery coordination, supplier management, and issue resolution while ensuring excellent service and on-time performance. The position requires strong communication, data analysis, and stakeholder management skills, with experience in customer support, supply chain operations, and reporting tools within a fast-paced environment.
Ben jij recent afgestudeerd in Finance, Economie, Wiskunde, Data Science, Engineering of een vergelijkbare studie en wil je je analytische vaardigheden inzetten in een dynamische handelsomgeving? Als Transport Manager ben je verantwoordelijk voor het aansturen, coördineren en optimaliseren van de volledige transportoperatie. Je zorgt ervoor dat transporten efficiënt worden gepland, chauffeurs optimaal worden ingezet en klanten kunnen rekenen op een betrouwbare dienstverlening. Daarnaast speel je een belangrijke rol in het verbeteren van processen, het begeleiden van het team en het realiseren van operationele doelstellingen.
