Our client is a leading international organization with a well-established Finance Shared Service Centre in Eindhoven. Supporting multiple European markets, the organization is known for its dynamic and multicultural environment, offering employees excellent development opportunities and exposure to global finance operations.

To strengthen the team, they are looking for a Finance Operations Analyst | Greek-Speaking who will support financial reconciliation activities for the Greek market. Fluency in Greek is essential for this position

Functie

As a Finance Operations Analyst, you will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy and completeness of financial transactions and revenue reporting. You will work closely with local finance teams and internal stakeholders to investigate discrepancies, reconcile accounts, and maintain high-quality financial records.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Performing allocation and reconciliation of electronic and manual credit card transactions.
  • Investigating and resolving cash and credit card discrepancies with local teams.
  • Managing the setup and maintenance of credit card acquirers within SAP.
  • Organizing bank uploads and reconciling cash and bank balances.
  • Supporting financial controls and audit-related activities.
  • Collaborating with finance colleagues and stakeholders across multiple countries.
  • Identifying process improvement opportunities and contributing to operational excellence.

Profiel

  • Bachelor's degree (HBO) in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
  • Fluent in Greek and English (mandatory).
  • Experience in Finance, Accounting, Shared Services, Revenue Control, or Reconciliations.
  • Knowledge of SAP is highly preferred; experience with Oracle or Navision is a plus.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office applications.
  • Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to work independently.
  • Comfortable working in an international and multicultural environment.

Aanbod

  • Salary between €3,000 and €3,500 gross per month based on 40 hours per week.
  • Direct employment contract.
  • 8% holiday allowance.
  • 27 vacation days per year.
  • Pension scheme with Nationale Nederlanden (employee contribution of 4.5%).
  • Travel allowance of €0.23 per kilometre, up to a maximum of €325 per month.
