This role sits within a highly international team and offers exposure to senior stakeholders across the organisation. You will work closely with Global Internal Controls leadership, IT, Finance, regional teams, internal and external auditors and Kraft Heinz's Global Capabilities Center in India.

Functie

As IT Internal Controls Manager at Kraft Heinz, you will lead the execution and further development of the global IT Internal Controls programme.

Your responsibilities include:

  • Develop and execute annual and multi-year IT Internal Controls plans covering ITGCs, automated controls, SAP S/4HANA implementations and controls automation.
  • Perform annual IT risk assessments and determine the scope of global IT controls activities.
  • Maintain and continuously improve IT Risk & Control Matrices and supporting documentation.
  • Lead and oversee global ITGC and automated control testing activities.
  • Provide IT Controls expertise during SAP S/4HANA implementations and other major technology projects.
  • Coordinate and oversee work performed by both onshore and offshore teams.
  • Directly manage, coach and develop a Senior IT Controls Analyst.
  • Partner with and provide oversight to professionals within Kraft Heinz's Global Capabilities Center in India.
  • Review testing results and ensure controls documentation meets internal quality standards.
  • Identify control deficiencies and drive appropriate remediation together with IT and business stakeholders.
  • Monitor remediation activities and report progress to senior management.
  • Coordinate with international Internal Controls teams regarding scoping, execution and reporting.
  • Support internal and external auditors and ensure timely resolution of audit requests.
  • Review service auditor reports and assess relevant complementary user entity controls.
  • Drive further automation and use of analytics within the IT controls environment.
  • Deliver training and technical guidance to the wider IT Controls organisation.
  • Provide regular reporting and presentations to leadership teams across Kraft Heinz

Profiel

Kraft Heinz is looking for an experienced IT Controls, IT Audit or Technology Risk professional who combines strong internal controls knowledge with hands-on SAP experience.

The successful candidate will ideally bring:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, Information Systems or another relevant discipline.
  • Approximately 6+ years of relevant professional experience.
  • At least 3 years of experience within IT Audit, IT Internal Controls, Technology Risk or a comparable environment.
  • Strong knowledge of IT General Controls, risk assessments and control testing.
  • Strong SAP experience, with SAP GRC exposure highly preferred.
  • Experience with SAP S/4HANA implementations, transformation programmes or major SAP projects.
  • Knowledge of automated controls and controls automation.
  • Strong project management and organisational capabilities.
  • Experience managing, coaching or reviewing the work of other professionals.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills and the ability to influence senior Finance and IT stakeholders.
  • Excellent English communication and presentation skills.
  • Experience working across international teams and multiple time zones.



CISA, CIA, CPA, RA or another relevant professional qualification is advantageous. Previous Big Four or public accounting experience is also highly relevant.
