You will serve as the HR Business Partner for a 200‑employee production site, managing all operational HR and advising leaders on talent, workforce planning, and organizational development. The role is a clear succession path toward becoming the HR Manager within 1-2 years, including joining the Management Team and taking on strategic HR responsibility
