Legal Counsel jobs in Netherlands

You are responsible for a wide variety of legal matters across the EMEA and APAC business, such as commercial contracts with suppliers, distributors and customers, and protection and enhancement of Ranpak's intellectual property portfolio. You work closely together with the business and provide them with support for all legal matters related to the EMEA and APAC regions of Ranpak.

In deze rol ben je de deskundige die zelfstandig onder meer arbeidszaken behandelt, juridische documenten opstelt en beoordeelt, nieuwe wet- en regelgeving (mede) beoordeelt en implementeert, actief bijdraagt aan het team. Jouw focus ligt vooral op arbeidsrecht en je ondersteunt de organisatie verder bij uiteenlopende juridische vraagstukken op het gebied van verbintenissenrecht, huurrecht, bestuursrecht en aanbestedingen.
