Play a crucial role in managing the people agenda for the Europe Finance, Technology, and Real Estate division teams, as well as the broader talent initiatives for both functions across Europe. Additionally, you will collaborate closely with HR team members from the Europe Division: West, Central and East, and International-along with Group HR and Global HR Centers of Expertise.
For this organization we need an energetic all-round HR Manager and business partner. As a HR professional a couple of years in the profession, you have gained insights in the importance of true partnership, transparent procedures and a flexible attitude. This position is part of the Management Team.
You are passionate about developing a positive company culture, supporting employee growth, and driving organizational progress in a rapidly changing organization. You enjoy working across all aspects of HR, from operational to strategic. In this position you have an interest and experience to work as an HR professional for the UK and/or the Nordics.
