We are an international logistics organization with locations across the globe, including Veghel. From this location, we serve our FMCG customers. Our transport department consists of 30 employees in total, and you will be working alongside 7 colleagues within the FMCG team. We are a growing team within a growing organization, offering plenty of opportunities for development and career growth.

Functie

As a Transport Coordinator, your responsibilities include:

  • Coordinating and monitoring transport activities to ensure on-time deliveries.
  • Maintaining regular contact with customers and transport partners to ensure smooth and effective communication.
  • Resolving transport-related issues and providing practical solutions when irregularities occur.
  • Managing and maintaining accurate administrative records.
  • Improving carrier performance by monitoring and analyzing KPIs.
  • Contributing to logistics process improvement projects and optimization initiatives.
  • Organizing and coordinating transport planning activities.

Profiel

As a Transport Coordinator, you have the following profile:

  • You hold a relevant degree in Logistics, Transportation, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • You have a good command of the Dutch language.
  • You have experience in, or a strong affinity with, the transportation and logistics industry.
  • You possess strong analytical skills and work accurately with attention to detail.
  • You are solution-oriented and have a keen eye for detail.
  • You are proactive, hands-on, and confident in handling challenges and responsibilities.
