As a supply chain specialist in Breda/Weert, you will manage packaging activities within our FMCG organisation. You will help ensure packaging requirements are translated into practical solutions that support day-to-day operations.

Over onze klant

We are an international FMCG organisation, family owned and keep on growing with our company. We have 2 production locations in the south of the Netherlands, in Weert and in Breda. Our packaging team is spread over both locations. In a team of 5 people we are focused on improving the packaging of our products.

Functie

As a supply chain specialist in packaging you:

  • Develop packages for our (new) products and take into account international packaging regulations.
  • Manage packaging-related activities within the procurement & supply Chain department and make sure it's cost efficient.
  • Work closely with different departments like Marketing, Supply Chain and production on a national and international level.
  • Organise and implement trials for new packaging.
  • Lead New Product Launches (NPL) and other marketing projects.
  • Develope a sustainability report in order to be compliant to the new sustainability laws.
  • Troubleshoot in our production site and communicating with the operators to solve issues.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement projects.

Profiel

A successful supply chain specialist within packaging should have:

  • HBO or WO thinking/working level.
  • Fluent in English.
  • Interested in working within packaging and a production environment.
  • You are proactive, hands-on and have strong communication skills.
  • You are flexible and have a strong eagerness to learn.

Aanbod

We offer you:

  • A salary range between 38.000 and 58.000 on a yearly basis.
  • 36 hour contract - 4.5 day workweek or every 2 weeks a day off.
  • Hybrid position between Weert, Breda and working from home.
  • 23 holidays
  • Travel allowance
