Job Description

  • Develop and implement supply chain strategies that

    ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of products

    to customers


  • Balance working principles "never out of stock" and

    "just in time delivery" with optimization of customer

    (patient, clinic, distributor) satisfaction.


  • Manage relationships with suppliers and negotiate

    contracts to optimize pricing and quality


  • Monitor inventory levels and ensure appropriate levels

    are maintained to meet customer demand


  • Participate in the selection, qualification, and

    evaluation of subcontractors according to the

    company';s internal processes


  • Realize and track orders to ensure on-time delivery

    and customer satisfaction


  • Coordinate the logistics of delivering components to

    production subcontractors


  • Coordinate the logistics of delivering products to

    customers


  • Work with R&D, Manufacturing and sales teams to

    forecast demand and plan production schedules

    accordingly


  • Continuously identify and implement process

    improvements to increase efficiency and reduce costs


  • Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and

    standards related to supply chain operations


  • Aim to shorten and simplify the supply chain by

    combining logistical streams


  • Prepare (pre-) industrialization for market launch of device and disposables

The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor's/Master's degree
  • >10 years relevant experience
  • International scope
  • Experience with setting-up/launching Supply Chain
  • English speaking
  • Medtech/Pharma

What's on Offer

  • €100k - €125k
  • Bonus, max 1/2 half year salary
