Functie

  • Developing and updating store blueprints and floor plans for both new and existing stores.
  • Analysing store layouts from both a commercial and operational perspective.
  • Ensuring product categories are positioned effectively to drive customer engagement and sales.
  • Coordinating layout changes, pilot store concepts, and national rollouts.
  • Working closely with teams including Marketing, Visual Merchandising, Store Operations, Expansion, and Real Estate.
  • Conducting regular store visits to gather feedback and identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Maintaining layout documentation and ensuring all designs align with company standards and store formats.
  • Supporting wider retail and category projects aimed at improving the customer experience.

Profiel

  • Minimum 2 years of experience within retail, store planning, merchandising, category management, or a related field.
  • Experience in Category Management would be considered a strong advantage.
  • Understanding of store layouts, space planning, planograms, or visual merchandising.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • Experience with floor planning, planogram, or space management software is advantageous.
  • Strong English language skills are essential.
  • Dutch language skills are highly desirable but not essential.

Aanbod
