Functie

  • Responsible for the complete (after)sales process within the team.
  • Advise customers and partners on technical product specifications and applications.
  • Develop and prepare complex technical calculations for systems.
  • Prepare quotations, process orders, and coordinate aftersales activities.
  • Act as the main point of contact for service partners, installers, and technical wholesalers.
  • Contribute to the implementation of new products.
  • Support telephone-based acquisition and other commercial activities.
  • Assist with organizing and delivering training sessions.
  • Report directly to the Managing Director.

Profiel

  • MBO/HBO qualification in a technical or technical-commercial field.
  • Relevant experience within the HVAC sector.
  • Strong technical skills combined with a commercial mindset.
  • Knowledge of and affinity with modern heating and cooling systems.
  • Hands-on, independent, and practical approach.
  • Strong communication and customer relationship skills.
  • Good command of Dutch and English.
  • German is a plus.
  • Experience with CRM systems, preferably SAP.
  • Good knowledge of MS Office.
