As Senior SAP SuccessFactors Consultant, you will lead the regional delivery and optimisation of SAP SuccessFactors solutions. You will act as the key link between Global HR, Regional HR, Country HR teams, IT, and implementation partners to drive successful system implementations, upgrades, and continuous improvements.

Our client is a large international organisation operating across multiple countries and regions. The company is investing in the continuous development of its HR technology landscape and is seeking an experienced HRIS professional to support and enhance its SuccessFactors environment.

Functie

  • Lead regional implementation and enhancement projects within SuccessFactors and related modules.
  • Translate business requirements into scalable and compliant HRIS solutions.
  • Coordinate and govern bi-annual SuccessFactors release cycles and impact assessments.
  • Manage end-to-end project delivery, including design, testing, UAT, deployment, and hypercare.
  • Oversee data migration activities and system validation processes.
  • Provide regional support for system issues, integrations, and continuous improvements.
  • Maintain compliance with GDPR and local employment regulations across Europe & Africa.
  • Deliver training, documentation, and reporting to support HR stakeholders.

Profiel

  • Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, IT, or a related discipline.
  • Proven HRIS implementation experience.
  • Strong expertise in SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central.
  • Experience with end-to-end implementation projects.
  • Experience supporting multi-country HR operations across Europe & Africa.
