Save Job Back to Search Job Description Summary Similar Jobs Added 11/09/2026Be part of a market leading global organisationTake ownership of your sales territory and build a long lasting careerAbout Our ClientWorld leading organisation in the manufacturing and producing of sporting goods equipment.Job DescriptionManage distributor portfolio within EMEA & Latin America; Manage their business and ensure yearly company targets are met.Responsible for business planning process, including managing seasonal and yearly forecasting process for your region; Review distributor business on a monthly basis and ensure they stay on track with budget.Monitor order book, Distributor Inventory and Distributor Sales data.Address issues and concerns and define action plans.Provide input to Sales Director for 3-year strategic planning process for the region; Manage creation of distributor strategic plans within your responsible region. Ensure strategic account plans are in place and ensure execution.Drive integration across relevant territories in alignment with distributors; Build relationships. Connect with Sales, Merchandising, Marketplace teams, Account teams and category teams where appropriate. Leverage the connection to maximise business and complete the athlete outfit to drive maximal consumer engagement.Play an active role in organising seasonal go-to-market meetings. Develop seasonal go-to-market strategy in alignment with seasonal product stories. Create engaging presentations focused on market relevant assortments, newness, energy styles and maximise core. Set targets and ensure seasonal KPI's are met. Ensure execution across your distributor base.Represent the company and the brand externally to all distributor partners; Act as an ambassador towards all functions and manage all interfaces.Product/category market input and feedback: Drive growth in key categories; Gather market insights and feedback at category account level. Input into product engines where appropriate.
