Binnen deze rol beheer je de dagelijkse personeelsadministratie, waaronder E-HRM/BCS-mutaties, personeelsdossiers en verzuimadministratie. Daarnaast draag je bij aan de gemeentelijke fusie door HR-processen te verbeteren, onboarding te organiseren en mee te werken aan de implementatie van een nieuw E-HRM-systeem.

In this role, you will manage distributors directly, driving business in your assigned markets and ensuring annual business targets are met.
