Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable activities, including invoice processing, payment runs, and collection follow-up.
  • Execute month-end closing activities, including accruals, depreciation, reconciliations, and intercompany allocations.
  • Support tax, VAT, statutory reporting, and audit processes in collaboration with external advisors.
  • Monitor banking activities, treasury processes, and corporate credit card transactions.
  • Ensure compliance with IFRS, local regulations, and internal finance policies.
  • Partner with business stakeholders to improve financial and operational processes.

The Successful Applicant

The Successful Candidate

  • Minimum 5 years of hands-on finance and accounting experience.
  • Strong knowledge of Dutch VAT, corporate tax, and statutory reporting requirements.
  • Experience working with SAP and ERP systems in a multi-entity environment.
  • Fluent in English and Mandarin; Dutch is considered an advantage.
  • Able to work independently with a high level of accuracy and ownership.
  • Strong organizational and stakeholder management skills.
