Outbound Logistics Specialist

In this role, you will manage the daily flow of outbound shipments and make sure orders are processed and delivered according to plan. You will work closely with internal teams, warehouses, and transport providers to keep operations running smoothly and customers informed.

Functie

  • Coordinate daily outbound shipments and deliveries.
  • Work with sales teams, warehouses, and transport providers to plan customer orders.
  • Track shipments and follow up on delays or delivery issues.
  • Provide delivery updates to customers and internal stakeholders.
  • Support return processes and related logistics activities.
  • Process logistics transactions in Oracle and other ERP systems.
  • Maintain accurate inventory and shipment data.
  • Help improve logistics processes and solve operational issues.



Profiel

  • HBO working and thinking level, preferably in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • At least 3 years of experience in logistics, transportation, supply chain, or order management.
  • Experience working in an international environment.
  • Experience using Oracle ERP systems.
  • Able to solve problems quickly and keep logistics operations running smoothly.
  • Comfortable communicating with colleagues, customers, and logistics partners.
  • Good command of English, both written and spoken. Dutch is a plus.
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
  • Experience with reporting tools such as Power BI is an advantage.
  • Knowledge of customs procedures or international shipping is a plus.
  • Proactive, accurate, and able to work independently.



Aanbod
