We are looking for an Order Management Specialist that will be responsible in sales and support activities. You will be working directly with warehouses and follow up with orders, purchasing and administrative teams as well as distributors, supporting the order cycle.

Functie

    • Act as the primary point of contact for external vendors, ensuring seamless order processing, compliance with audit requirements, and outstanding stakeholder communication.
    • Manage and oversee financial administration related to inventory, customer orders, returns, and complaint resolution, ensuring accuracy and operational efficiency.
    • Coordinate and maintain customer agreements, ensuring alignment with business objectives and a high level of customer satisfaction.
    • Drive the creation, validation, and ongoing maintenance of customer and material master data, safeguarding data integrity and supporting smooth business operations.



Profiel

  • Minimum 1-2 years of relevant experience in sales support, customer service or order management;
  • Experience in handling large volumes of calls and messages from customers;
  • Self-starter and high level of pro-activeness and taking initiative;
  • Being at the office in Amsterdam Central 2-4 times a week;
  • Immediately available for full-time (40 hours);
  • Exceptional oral and written communication in English and French, German or Dutch.
