Acting as the subject matter expert, you will work closely with Finance, IT, and business stakeholders to enhance reporting, consolidation, planning, and performance management processes across an international organization.You will play a key role in supporting users, driving system improvements, and delivering finance transformation initiatives that improve efficiency, data quality, and decision-making capabilities.Key ResponsibilitiesOwn and manage the OneStream platform, ensuring optimal performance, reliability, and user satisfaction.Partner with Finance and business stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable OneStream solutions.Design, develop, and implement enhancements, workflows, dashboards, and reporting capabilities.Support financial consolidation, planning, forecasting, and management reporting processes.Troubleshoot system issues and provide expert-level user support and training.Drive continuous improvement initiatives and identify opportunities to further leverage the OneStream platform.Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders on finance transformation and digitalization projects.Maintain data integrity, governance, and system documentation.Support upgrades, testing activities, and future platform developments.What Success Looks LikeHigh adoption and effective use of OneStream across the organization.Improved reporting efficiency and data quality.Streamlined financial processes and reduced manual effort.Strong partnerships with Finance and business teams.Successful delivery of finance system enhancements and transformation initiatives.This is a unique opportunity to combine finance, technology, and stakeholder management within a dynamic international environment, while taking ownership of a business-critical finance platform with global impact.The Successful ApplicantThe Successful ApplicantWe are looking for a proactive and analytically professional with a strong interest in finance systems, performance management, and continuous improvement.
