Functie

  • Manage and develop relationships with key industrial customers across the Netherlands.
  • Create and execute strategic account plans to drive revenue growth.
  • Identify upselling, cross-selling, and expansion opportunities within existing accounts.
  • Act as the primary commercial contact for assigned customers.
  • Conduct regular business reviews and customer meetings.
  • Collaborate with technical, service, and operational teams to deliver high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Monitor account performance, profitability, and retention.
  • Support forecasting, budgeting, and P&L objectives.
  • Manage contract renewals and commercial negotiations.
  • Maintain market awareness and identify opportunities to strengthen customer partnerships.



Profiel

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Industrial Technology, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in Key Account Management within a technical B2B environment.
  • Experience in industrial manufacturing, machinery, conveyor systems, material handling, automation, or capital equipment.
  • Proven ability to manage complex customer relationships and drive account growth.
  • Strong commercial awareness and understanding of profitability drivers.
  • Experience working with multiple stakeholders across customer organizations.
  • Fluent Dutch is a must
