As a Junior International Account Manager, you will support the development of the French market by managing existing customers and identifying new business opportunities. Working closely with a Senior International Account Manager, you will help drive sales growth, strengthen customer relationships, and contribute to the company's continued success.

Job Description

  • Manage and develop strategic key accounts within the French market.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities across retail and food service channels.
  • Build and implement customer business plans to drive sustainable growth.
  • Monitor sales performance, margins, and profitability while initiating corrective actions when needed.
  • Collaborate closely with internal departments including Supply Chain, Finance, Technical, and Product Development.
  • Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify commercial opportunities.



The Successful Applicant

  • Holds a Master's degree in Business, Commerce, or a related field.
  • Has 3-5 years of experience within FMCG, Retail, Food Service, or B2B environments.
  • Possesses key account management and business development experience with a proactive, hunter mentality.
  • Demonstrates excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Is analytical, commercially driven, and results-oriented.
  • Speaks and writes fluent French and English; Dutch is an advantage.
