As Project Manager D365 F&O, you will lead ERP transformation initiatives focused on delivering successful Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations outcomes across multiple business units. The assignment centres on ensuring project delivery, stakeholder alignment, process optimisation, and sustainable adoption of new solutions.

Our client is an international organisation operating in a complex operational environment and investing heavily in digital transformation and ERP optimisation across multiple countries.

Functie

  • Deliver D365 F&O implementation and optimisation milestones aligned to business objectives.
  • Establish and maintain project plans, governance structures, and delivery roadmaps.
  • Coordinate internal stakeholders and external delivery partners to achieve agreed outcomes.
  • Facilitate requirements workshops and translate business needs into actionable project deliverables.
  • Monitor project progress and provide clear reporting to senior stakeholders.
  • Enable successful adoption of new processes through structured change activities.
  • Align business processes with D365 F&O capabilities and target operating models.
  • Identify and implement continuous improvement opportunities across the ERP landscape.

Profiel

  • Proven experience managing Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O projects.
  • Strong background in ERP implementations and business transformation initiatives.
  • Experience managing diverse business and IT stakeholder groups.
  • Fluent communication skills in Dutch and English.
