As a International Payroll Specialist a.i.

  • Ensure accurate and timely processing of payroll for employees across multiple locations.
  • Maintain compliance with local payroll laws and regulations in the RETAIL sector.
  • Collaborate with internal departments to gather payroll data and resolve discrepancies.
  • Prepare and submit payroll reports, ensuring data integrity and accuracy.
  • Assist in audits and provide necessary payroll documentation when required.
  • Support the implementation of process improvements to enhance payroll efficiency.
  • Address employee queries related to payroll in a professional and timely manner.
  • Coordinate with external payroll providers and ensure service level agreements are met.

The Successful Applicant

A successful International Payroll Specialist a.i. should have:

  • Proven experience in payroll management, preferably within the RETAIL sector.
  • Strong knowledge of ADP Celegro
  • Understanding of local payroll legislation and compliance standards.
  • Excellent numerical and analytical skills.
  • Proficiency in English
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a temporary role.
  • Attention to detail and commitment to accuracy in all payroll tasks.
