Job Description

  • Manage general ledger entries and ensure accurate financial reporting.
  • Perform monthly, quarterly, and annual closing activities.
  • Prepare and review account reconciliations to ensure accuracy.
  • Support internal and external audits by providing required documentation.
  • Identify and resolve discrepancies in financial records.
  • Collaborate with other departments to improve reporting processes.
  • Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations (IFRS)
  • Assist with ad hoc financial analysis and reporting tasks.

The Successful Applicant

A successful GL & R2R Accountant should have:

  • A degree in accounting, finance, or a related field.
  • Proficiency in financial reporting and general ledger management.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Familiarity with accounting systems and software tools.
  • Attention to detail and the ability to meet deadlines.
  • Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
