The team is responsible for ensuring mobility services run effectively, costs remain under control, and employees receive a high level of support.

This is a role with an international scope, giving you exposure to different markets, ways of working, and business challenges. At the same time, you'll have the opportunity to contribute to initiatives and improvements that can be implemented across several countries, allowing you to make a tangible impact beyond your own region.

Job Description

As a Mobility Coordinator, you will coordinate and support mobility-related services across Europe. You will ensure suppliers deliver against agreed standards, systems remain up to date, and stakeholders receive the support they need.

You do not need to come from a Fleet Management background to succeed in this role. What matters most is your ability to coordinate services, manage relationships, and drive continuous improvement.
Key responsibilities include:

  • Coordinating mobility processes across multiple European countries.
  • Managing relationships with external suppliers and service providers.
  • Monitoring service levels, KPIs, and contractual agreements.
  • Supporting HR teams and internal stakeholders with mobility-related topics.
  • Maintaining systems, portals, and operational processes.
  • Identifying and implementing process improvements.
  • Preparing reports and analyzing operational data.
  • Supporting projects, implementations, and service enhancements.
  • Acting as a key point of contact for internal and external stakeholders.

The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent working and thinking level.
  • 3-5 years of experience in a coordinating or service-focused role.
  • Background in Facility Management, Workplace Management, Operations, Office Management, Customer Service, Procurement, or a similar environment.
  • Experience working with suppliers, service providers, or third-party vendors.
  • Strong organizational and stakeholder management skills.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in an international environment.
  • Proactive, structured, and service-oriented approach.
  • Fluency in English, Dutch is a plus



Nice to have, but not essential:

  • Experience with mobility, leasing, or fleet-related services.
  • Experience in an international organization.
  • Knowledge of contract management or process improvement methodologies.
