Job Description

  • Analyse and interpret demand planning and forecasting data to support business decisions.
  • Develop, maintain, and automate reports, dashboards, and KPI tracking.
  • Prepare and manage large datasets through data uploads, downloads, and validation processes.
  • Support monthly forecasting and S&OP activities across European markets.
  • Identify trends, risks, anomalies, and opportunities to improve forecast accuracy.
  • Collaborate with supply chain, commercial, marketing, and operations teams to ensure reliable planning outcomes.
  • Drive continuous improvements in reporting, analytics, and data management processes.

The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business Analytics, Operations, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in Data Analysis, Demand Planning, Forecasting, or Supply Chain Analytics.
  • Advanced Excel skills are essential, experience with Power BI is highly desirable.
  • Strong analytical mindset with excellent attention to detail.
  • Experience working with ERP systems such as SAP is advantageous.
  • Confident communicator who enjoys collaborating with international stakeholders.
  • Fluent in English and available to work in a hybrid environment.
