Our client is a global medical device innovator in digital orthodontics, known for combining clinical science with advanced software and scanners to transform dental workflows and patient outcomes.

Functie

You own strategic DSO relationships and translate their needs into focused clinical education programmes. You partner with sales and cross‑functional teams to execute plans and deliver measurable adoption growth.

  • Develop and execute tailored education programmes for DSOs and key accounts
  • Build senior stakeholder relationships through consistent field engagement
  • Co‑create strategic account plans with sales and align on clear targets
  • Deliver hands‑on training on Invisalign protocols, iTero and ClinCheck
  • Lead projects, standardise approaches, and scale best practices
  • Monitor adoption metrics and adjust initiatives to drive uptake
  • Mentor peers and support capability development across the team

Profiel

You combine a dental background with commercial awareness and strong presentation skills. You are comfortable influencing senior stakeholders and enjoy working in the field.

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Dentistry (or equivalent)
  • 6-10 years' experience in clinical practice or dental industry roles
  • Proven experience training clinicians or delivering education programmes
  • Strong communication and public speaking skills in Dutch and English
  • Strategic mindset with ability to design and execute account plans
  • Experience with digital dentistry (aligners, scanners, software) preferred
  • Willingness to travel >50% across the Benelux region
