We are looking for a Carrier Management Specialist to support carrier onboarding, testing, implementation and customer migration activities within a fast-paced logistics environment. This role focuses on execution, stakeholder coordination and ensuring carrier solutions are successfully delivered into production.

About Our Client

Our client is a leading international logistics and supply chain organization undergoing a large-scale transformation of its transportation and e-commerce operations. As part of this transformation, the business is integrating carrier networks, operational processes and customer solutions into a unified global model.

The Carrier Management team plays a critical role in ensuring new carrier solutions are successfully onboarded, tested and implemented. Due to increased volumes, growing operational complexity and ongoing migration activities, additional temporary support is required to help execute key strategic initiatives.

The environment is international, dynamic and highly collaborative, requiring professionals who can work effectively across multiple teams, countries and external partners.

Job Description

  • Coordinate onboarding and implementation of transportation carriers.
  • Manage testing and validation activities, including UAT coordination.
  • Support deployment of new carrier solutions into production.
  • Coordinate customer migration activities linked to carrier releases.
  • Monitor implementation timelines, milestones and dependencies.
  • Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Operations, Service Delivery and Procurement teams.
  • Manage communication with external carriers and logistics partners.
  • Track risks, issues and operational blockers and drive timely resolution.
  • Ensure implementation activities meet agreed quality standards and success criteria.
  • Provide regular stakeholder updates, reporting and progress tracking.
  • Support multiple simultaneous initiatives within a fast-paced operational environment.



The Successful Applicant

The successful candidate combines strong coordination skills with a hands-on mindset and excels in fast-moving operational environments.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years of relevant experience.
  • Background in Logistics, Transportation, Supply Chain or Operations.
  • Education, preferably in Logistics or Supply Chain.
  • Experience coordinating projects, implementations or operational initiatives.
  • Strong stakeholder management capabilities.
  • Experience working with suppliers, carriers or external partners.
  • Excellent communication and follow-up skills.
  • Strong organizational and planning abilities.
  • Comfortable managing multiple priorities simultaneously.
  • Fluent English language skills.
  • Proactive, entrepreneurial and customer-focused attitude.



Preferred:

  • Carrier Management experience.
  • Transportation or e-commerce logistics knowledge.
  • Experience with testing, validation or UAT processes.
  • Experience using Jira or similar project management tools.
  • Exposure to customer migration or deployment projects.
