As a company, they place a strong emphasis on sustainability, targeting net-zero carbon operations across all asset classes.Job DescriptionARPrepare accurate and timely third-party invoices-including rents, recharges, and service charge settlements-in line with the invoicing cycle and tenant agreement terms.Produce complete and accurate monthly reconciliations, applying preventive controls to keep receivables and payables within agreed terms.Work closely with Portfolio Management to resolve overdue or disputed tenant payments.Ensure intercompany invoices are correctly calculated, documented, and issued on time. Coordinate with the AP team to align processing timelines to support accurate consolidation.Partner with the Management Accounting team to verify correct allocation of receipts, taking corrective action where needed and ensuring compliance with accounting standards.Ensure all intragroup invoices are raised correctly and on time, by working closely with other Finance departments on the calculations, VAT implications and documentation.
