As Financial Controller, you will be responsible for the financial reporting, control, budgeting and forecasting activities of the Dutch entities within an international organization. You will play a key role in improving financial processes, supporting business decisions and ensuring compliance while working closely with local and global stakeholders.

Job Description

  • Lead the monthly and annual financial close processes.
  • Prepare management reports, forecasts and budgets.
  • Manage tax compliance, VAT filings and statutory reporting.
  • Coordinate audit and group reporting requirements.
  • Perform financial analysis and provide decision support.
  • Drive process improvements, automation and stronger controls.

The Successful Applicant

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a broad finance or controlling role.
  • Strong understanding of financial reporting and month-end close activities.
  • Fluent in both Dutch and English.
  • Advanced Excel skills; experience with ERP/accounting systems.
  • Detail-oriented with a proactive and hands-on mentality.
  • Strong communicator who can work independently and collaboratively.
